I'd add "lack of ability to accomplish anything due to imms not giving an UMM or just imms making horrible decsions" on there somewhere. Probably under will play again for some people, and never play again for others. I.E. You roll something with this great idea in mind, and then you run into Symon. Or. Emiline getting leader. Or Grakus' [REDACTED] hellion getting transferred from the harlies to the adepts and immediately getting leader flag.

Will play again:
1. Bored with or burned out on current character
2. Character is underpowered or unable to compete
3. Not enough time to meet character obligations
4. Not enjoying the role-play of others toward character

Will not play again:
5. Other activities take priority or are more enjoyable
6. Unable or unwilling to compete regardless of character
7. Not enough role-play unrelated to player killing
8. Not enough tactical variety in the game
9. The player community is too unfriendly or hostile
10. Administrative staff is inactive or too harsh

4 should be 2 and the rest move down. 9 should be 5 move the rest down.

That list looks pretty good to me. If the point though is to ask people to choose when deleting, doesn't the order not matter much? After a little while, the data should say what the order really should be, yeah?

Add an other or allow for a brief comment? Something that would allow a person to briefly say something more direct about why they deleted.

I feel sympathy for whoever would be stuck reading those. I could imagine lots of caps and cursing.

Perhaps being forced to think will cool their rage...
