(Glowing) a glowing orb, attached to a necklace (brand new)

I think this item should be given +4 to dex as well. Glows, refreshes and great dexterity?

There's two reasons something like this won't work:

-Unfortunately, there are a lot of players that build around existing item stat mods so they can use their points for HP/mana/art/MR instead of that physical stat. Making this item have +4 dexterity would only mean it'd be a horded item that wouldn't be accessible to lowbies.

-There are limitations in place that prevent a high amount of enchantments on low-level items, and that item would not meet the qualifications to have that many enchantments on it.
