Should be changed to wither.

What is wither? I agree with changing the Sadr spell to anything other than what it currently is, however.

An old adept spell.

Wither is a spell from an old cabal, if I recall. You could effectively remove the use of a limb, similar to having it mangled. I'd like to say the idea is op, but then again religion spells should be terrifying IMO.

That would make it overall more useful but against melee the spells is pretty nice. It stops a barb getting ~5 attacks with an epee to just 3. It really screws people wielding massive weapons.

edit: Oh and since I played the last known Sadr priest (Sarkazein) I think that makes me an authority on the spell.

I remember talking to the HF of Sadr OOC back when this spell was implemented and suddenly not feeling so bad about Meissa's.

I don't understand how <redacted> is considered weak. It's epic winning. Go fight deep-elf priestesses in Ch'zzyrm as a melee character if you need a demonstration.

I've done it on a bard and a shaman, and once I think on a paladin. It really didn't turn the tide too significantly in their favor.

Like Meissa's spell did?

Meissa's spell isn't for combat, remember?

I think Meissa secretly picked up the sphere of depression, because casting that spell is such a disappointment.
