As it took Achernar a year irl to even get it done and give it to my character I'd assume it's not the same. Or he was just stalling for a looong time xD

I thought the item in question simply let its user unlock any entrance in the game that could be targetted with one of the 10 directions.

Regardless of whether or not I know what an item does or does not do still makes me eligible to comment based on your post. You feel that the script is broken, or as has been stated that as I was originally told by another member of the immstaff that it was only supposed to be able to be used by one specific character. That is obviously not true as has been brought to evidence by several other players.

Can you just busy yourself by making more lame anarchy symbols, and stop limply flapping your wrists at me?

I'm not going to discuss what it does here, or how easy it is to get. Suffice to say it is ridiculous in both aspects.

But like I said before, I've considered making a similar item. Just not as a recockulously powerful and easy to get. Something like this being at large in the game is going to get abused. I know that wasn't the intention of the creator, and I am fairly sure some things were overlooked in the creation of this item.

And please, ninja_logout, I know you love me and can't stop talking about me but try to hold yourself back since we aren't in GD. I never said you weren't eligible to comment, just that your comments as always are pointless and uninformed.

Someone should find a way to hard-code it so only Zellidon can use that item, though. That would make up for how amazingly easy it is to obtain and would honor the intentions of the IMM who originally built it.

No can do. What can be done, is to change the way it is obtained, so that only the character in question can get it. Or we can wait until he dies for good and kill the repop. Get to dying, Zellidon!

Apparently, all Imms want to make cool, imba items. You don't see anyone spending vnums on farmer pitchforks and wooden clogs, do ya?!

I would've been happy to receive an item with cool RP scripts, like I dunno.. a pipe that puffs out smoke in colors, or something similar to wert's fireworks. There's enough of OP, scripted items in game as is.

I'm surprised that there is no way to code the item to only work for one player. The hero amulets seemed to only work for their respective heroes.

Mira is just lazy. My best guess though would be that she and other imms do not have the proper permissions.
