Strange connection loop using CMUD

Hey guys, wondering if you can help me out with a really weird problem.

I have recently purchased a cmud key for my fiancee's machine. We have the ability to connect to every other mud, but when we try to connect to SK we get the loading screen and the prompt for your login name shows up, but then it disconnects. Sort of like a disconnect/reconnect loop. We have tried disabling her antivirus but it still continues to loop. I thought it might have been a problem with her cmud, but the ability to connect to other muds is throwing me off.

You using mud.shatteredkingdoms.org as the host name and 1996 for the port?

make sure it isn't trying to auto log on a character... if you're seeing the log on screen and it disconnects this is most likely the cause...

Indeed a login issue. Disable any automatic text being sent upon connection. Pressing "enter" as soon as you connect results in a disconnect.
