Most animals do not see humans as prey, and attack only in self-defence or defence of their young. There are occasional man-eaters in certain species, such as tigers, but these are generally old, injured or sick individuals that can no longer hunt their natural prey, and have learned that humans are easy to kill.

That being said, I don't think Animals of any kind should hunt people when you flee, god I hate being hunted down by something I could kill with ease were I not NAKED AND WITHOUT A WEAPON from dying the last time to an actual enemy or challenge, this is especially bothersome for mages and lowbies.

Most wild animals would rather run from a person that fight with one. The saying they are more afraid of you than you are of them is actually based in truth.

If I stay there can be no party. I must be out there in the night, staying vigilant. Where ever a party needs to be saved, I'm there. Where ever there are masks or if there's tom foolery in joy, I'm there. But sometimes I'm not because I'm out there in the night staying vigilant, watching, lurking, running, jumping, hurdling, sleeping. No I can't sleep. You sleep, I'm awake. I don't sleep. I don't blink. Am I a bird? No, I'm a bat. I am Batman. Or am I? Yes, I am Batman. [Applies Chapstick] Happy Halloween.
