I disliked Lina simply due to the player behind her. Roleplaying is one thing but having OOC courtesy is another and that player has none. From tarnishing people for participating in IMM sponsored events, to hoarding some of the best items in the game that other people could have used much much more. I agree with whathisface, Linarumien was a good character... But the player had issues. Good luck with your next but lose your attitude.

I really loved Linarumien. I was sad that our playtimes didn't coincide more, but I felt that I learned a great deal about the culture and history of the Fist from Lina. She was definitely forthright and very honest with my character; I always felt I understood things better after talking them over with her.

Although I didn't see this particular aspect of Lina's roleplay myself, I have to give kudos as well for Lina not allowing the OOC consideration of other players to affect her RP. That was something I couldn't manage myself, and I admire her for being able to just play the character rather than worrying over the feelings of other people in the game. I suspect that's how it's supposed to be done.

Geez grep. Were you even around when Linarumien was playing actively? I thought the character was largely before you came to SK. How'd you build up so much hate?

I didn't see any of the OOC stuff people are talking about. From what I saw Lina was a good character.

To humor you, what was said earlier about me is true. I don't give too much thought if people hate or love me. I play by my own ideals and if people dislike them, they can always go play on another beach. It always amuses me however when people go to such lengths to [REDACTED] - It means I have done something right. You see in my mind, those who don't find the way I play at least acceptable are just sore that I'm doing a better job than they are, so I am always able to ignore their comments entirely and go on with doing my thing.

Insulting people and claiming that they are only posting positively about a character because they benefited in some way from that character, without producing one shred of proof to support that allegation, is pretty lame. I never benefited materially from my character's friendship with Lina, but it spurred a lot of RP that I found really interesting and worthwhile. Lina was mean to you and wouldn't play nice with you; that's how it goes, sometimes.

I'll jump on the popular SK meme and say, HTFU.
