Curious how people take out useless lines out of their logs like dodging and missing, to highlight the important stuff.

I believe that you can do it on the client side, you just have to use the option omit from output, not omit from log. If you use the omit from log it will not copy the triggered text to the log it is writing.

How do you log things in Mushclient other than copy/paste?

One is to set up to auto log every thing the moment you connect.

Try to right click in the world window. Open world configuration, then look to the left hand side there will be a logging item. Click on that and you can configure the logging function. Where to save it and everything.

also after you have it configured there is a button that looks like a sheet of paper that logs as well.

ctrl+shift+j is the hotkey default for logging in MUSH client and gives you options from there. It's also nice that it captures a HUGE amount of the screen buffer lines in case you forgot. Or auto log like it's explained above.

Having an issue where MUSHclient doesn't show up under my wine programs folder. I get the readme and uninstall options but not the client itself. Anyone else run into this before? I can use the terminal to dig down to my ~.wine/ stuff and launch it that way but what a pain.

LOL. Try Kildclient? I've found it to be pretty nifty.

On gnome:

Right click Applications > Select edit menus.

Enable or add as appropriate.

Once again sir grep, you've shown your utility is only applicable to yourself. And to think I thought your brand of [REDACTED] baggery was a step above T'ardith's. Psh. Gnome, go back to hell where you and your kind belong. I'll just use Tintin my elitist pundit. Thanks for nothing as per usual but a borrowed soap box on which to get nothing accomplished.
