I liked Jorinthia when I played Ralina, but I came to realise that the player of Jorinthia is a real douchebag when I played Terrell, not from any actions that the character did but from a few ooc tells.

SK won't be hurting without the player of Jorinthia, that's for sure.

Well, ardith, I came to realize that your concept of how to play SK involved spam voodoo killing, spam jlooting, and oocly griefing / cussing at someone for initiating light-hearted "grinch" roleplay around Yiggmastide, with some strictly lootless, roleplay event centered PK.

I also realized that you were a testosterone poisoned adolescent that spent somewhat disproportional amounts of time with your own reflection, and superlatively belonging to the latter category of SKer I described in my initial post.

I didn't like Jorinthia when I played Shattered Kingdoms.

Jorinthia was great. Ailee rarely failed to see the logic in Jori's actions, and even admired her methods and style a bit, and it was great serving in the Talon with her.

Thoril will miss Jojo the most. He just knew she liked him the best.

Are you done, or do I need to get more popcorn while you try to psychoanalyse me?

As you know, I was a huge fan of Aiden, I was in awe/worship of the character; he was inspiring, and when he was online, it gave me motivation to play SK with him. Very few players give me that feeling.

I was not a complete fan of Jorinthia. Why?

Jorinthia's good points:
- Instigated a lot of conflict (more later).
- Kept to her word despite PK disadvantages, this is huge for me.
- Always roleplayed and kept in character.
- Motherly, a commanding leader, looked after "the crew", prime example of a tribunal head.
- Capable PKer, interdiction in the right hands is fearsome.

Jorinthia's not so hot points:
- Ain-Eye and became the leader of Zhenshi, not the traditional Zhenshi.
- Did whatever it took to further her agendas, some might even be personal. She attacked and slaughtered Taslamarans on offensive in enemy territory regularly and slew hundreds+ of Templars. That was downright evil and nowhere close to what a 'dogmatic' nor Ain religion would seem.

After thoughts:
- Jorinthia would have been super awesome if she was an aberrant priestess of war. Then it would have been close to 100%.

Overall, a great presence, a figure to be feared, wanted by her allies, and almost hit the sweet spot.

Hope to see another some time down the track.

Hearing you talk about your sweet spot gives me conflicting and interesting emotional responses, Min.

Jorinthia wasn't afraid to scoff at anything that wasn't dogmatic and wasn't her direct duty to protect. I think she was an example of the height of a tribunal character in terms of, well, the entire package.

Even if Nytomi did sanction the anti-hammer and anti-keeper things, she was obligated to do so for certain reasons and under certain pretenses as a result of her race, alignment, and religion. Jorinthia was immune to such things, and her flavor of prejudice was delicious and could be appreciated by many.
