Verek was a great character. He will be missed. I was kinda hoping that Verek would come back to the fist eventually. Hopefully you come back at some point. And when you do GL.

Dear Adroan

Go F yourself, [REDACTED] bag. Don't start thinking you are a bad rear now just because you happened to get a win in PK. Good job, doucher.

While Adroan is being really tactless here, it's just because he was accused of doing something wrong. I frankly don't think he did anything too absurd.

A hellion is humiliated in a duel and knocked out. The hellion, being a sore loser, wakes up and immediately tries to kill the paladin. How often are villains spared only to take advantage of the mercy that was given? It's a pretty common trope. I realize it was a duel to stun but he could just as easily have been enraged by his loss regardless.

Now obviously this reflects poorly on his honor. If word were to spread about the events of this duel, the hellion would lose that respect. RP ensues. Maybe the hellion gets blemished or something. Or maybe Algorab actually thinks it's cool he did that; maybe you're all full of [REDACTED] when you talk about what a hellion is or isn't supposed to do. Either way the players make their own consequences.

Instead he immediately gets accused of being lame, and instead of calling the hellion's honor into question ICly, it's the player's honor? And then people whine and whine and leave the MUD some more... come on guys. Play it the [REDACTED] out and harden up, it's EQ.

EDIT: just realized they were both hellions >_> but most of what I said still applies

What can I say? Vathreon and Kaaphri were homies, whether we were dueling in the sanctum or dickin around in some random area, I always had a blast when we grouped up. I haven't played much myself lately, partly because of the new direction of some rp and also because of some rl stuff goin on, but I could see this comin. As usual you played a knight flawlessly, kudos to that. As for Adroan, I bet he totally pissed his pants from excitement for making someone delete after he killed them. Mission accomplished, right? What a worthless [REDACTED].

Verek and Vathreon were both outstanding, much like the player that owned them. That having been said:

Bones and SK_Phantom are 10x the player Adroan could ever be. Leave the community you apparently hate so much (because you only wound the game and its players) and find a game you are actually good at. In lay terms, you have lost sk. No game overs. No try agains. You will consistently be a joke, a waste of space, and a parasite. Move on.

I've rage deleted from PK. I've grown sour before in dealing with players. I've been there. I am not very excited about your deletion, but I am sure if you had chosen to play it out ICly and use peer pressure to retaliate that this other guy would have been the one deleting in rage after losing in PK. You're a good contributor. I think the response here is pretty even. Its common to overreact, you're a good player, but don't let this dude win by getting your goat.

If someone pisses you off, kill him repeatedly. Since this is Adroan we're talking about, it's not like killing him is much of a challenge.

Obviously, from an ic perspective, this isn't accepted behavior from a hellion. I agree with you that it is within the realm of possibility, however, and could have been reacted to and dealt with icly.

I think that you're forgetting what a massive [REDACTED] bag move this is from an ooc perspective. It is an incredibly low, cheap way of landing a pk, regardless of whether you can justify it icly. He challenged a hellion to a duel, which is something they have no ic way of refusing. He was probably fighting to kill for the entire duel and still got beat by someone who was stunning. Then the tick comes and he cleaves his near-dead opponent, who is only still there to do a little rp after the duel and before logging out? I'm sorry, it's just gross, especially when it is followed with a full loot.

Yes, but if he's a jaded vet he should have come to expect douchebaggery from the p-base some of the time. It happens, and in this case could have been very easily dealt with. He just didn't feel like dealing with it.
