You can return from a FS by Reincarnation.

So yes, you don't have to have imm's return you.

FS flag remains after reincarnation. So if you die again, you'll have to reincarnate again or seek the aid of an Immortal. Slays should happen more often.

Excuse me.

I was there when you decided to slay every harly in the room a few years back...that was like thirteen bodies piled in a room just as the harly priest logged online.
