Uh, once you get to Mentor (Spirit Horde level) you're like 2/3 of the way done leveling.

Shamans deffinatley do NOT need a buff. I got mine to Champion 3 in 180 hours and thats with massive RP. Sometimes I'd be on for hours without training or fighting anything. Shamans re good just the they are.
