Please can Bards be given Meditation?

It is a pain after singing to regain ME, It would help a bard greatly without making them OP.

They use ME just as much as any Caster, I dont know why they wouldn't have meditation.

Thanks :)

I agree I tried playing a bard for a bit but got tired of having to sleep every 15 minutes because I was out of MP

Don't you get faster regen rates now if you train hp pe or me? Why not try training those and see if your faster regen helps. Though I could live with it if bards got meditation for sure. I'm just saying you might be able to speed things up with the right trains.

Bards don't have enough trains as it is. Unless you plan it very carefully, that might not be the best idea.

I agree with Fluff, and the original poster. Also, I don't think training ME makes it regen any faster. If anything, I think it makes it slower. :-?

If you train ME, then you will have more mana. So as it may be quicker than before, with the more mana it will seem to regen the same.

Playing a bard, anything that would make bards better I'd agree with, but I distincly remember a thread that brought this same point up, and "no" was the final decision. Also, it's easy to picture Mages, priests, etc. Meditating, but it doesn't really strike me as a "Bardly" thing to do.

A bard is a performer. Performing can be a nerve-wracking experience. You can't picture your favorite musical artist or actor taking a moment before they go out on stage to breathe and center themselves to prepare for the show? I think meditation is perfectly understandable RP-wise for a bard.
