I enjoyed playing him at first, but quickly realized I didn't particularly excel in playing a bad guy well. I guess I'm just too nice. The RP I experienced with people I'll leave unmentioned were awesome and made playing a warlock tolerable up til now, but I've lost interest in him totally, unfortunately. I have found something else, another character, that I enjoy intensely, and plan on playing for a long time. And before anyone says anything. Yes, I'm awful at pk. No, I couldn't pk anyone if my life depended on it, even if they happened to be afk. So with that out of the way, here is my character's background story. Let the flames begin.

Ashtaron was born to a lesser house in Ch'zzrym, and lived his early miserable, tormented, mistreated life there. At least, until a violent and deadly plague struck the household, leaving the entire family there incapacitated and clinging on for life. It eventually claimed them all...except for Ashtaron. It left his body forever frail and sickly, never to fully recover from the effects of the plague.

Knowing what it meant to be a houseless deep-elf in such a society, he knew what he had to do. He fled fast, and fled far away to the North, where he took up residence and began his journey when he came of age. After seeing the affects of the plague and dwelling on it after he fled the deeps, he began to see the gifts the Maiden had granted him, not the curses life dealt. He embraced the ideas of Pain, Suffering, and Disease and lived his life by his own twisted interpretations of Her tenets, eventually being given high favor.

I guess we could say that the taxing physical effects of the plague finally claimed him, his body finally giving out.
