I take back the very last sentence in my last post. The original message did indeed say where the winds were strong. But if Deathadder is correct, it only reinforces the rest of what I was saying.

The winds are not set to ever be more than unsettled in the vicinity of Garazul, so that would almost have had to be the work of a magic user.

I will admit that in double checking a few areas, I see they are not quite all up to the spec that I originally laid out although I haven't yet seen anything that would cause out-of-place high winds. I will be double-checking more areas over the next few days.

Well, the idea behind the "new" weather system certainly is tremendously better than the old one, but what I am suggesting is that it perhaps still needs a bit of "downward tweaking" as to further immersion rather than high blood pressure in the players.
