Well, evidently you're wrong. There's a term that's appropriate now...What is it? Oh yeah. QQ.

I hope you keep your eyes closed to the massive QQ that is arising from my abuse of the "completely legal" law code, then ;)

There's a difference between a stated intent involving sentencing and banishing, and an open, purposeful abuse of a loophole involving magical devices.

Oh, yeah, there's a huge difference between coming to cities with law NPCs and pking with them against players and escaping any punishment, even when you're at war, and using a....scroll! Tremendous!

I was refering to turning yourself in and sitting in jail for a couple hours rather than wade through bounty NPCs by the dozen, but continue to be a smart [REDACTED] [REDACTED] all you like. It seems to be what you're good at.

"peck"... teehee.

You know if the whole charm thing wasn't "intended", you'd think we'd see a code change after the absurd amount of logs that have been building up of players getting full looted because of this.

And by the way, from my brief and unglorious stints on the leader forums I'd say Imms have been considering coding the recognition of warring law NPCs by other law NPCs. I mean think about it... it makes sense, lol.

So I'd say you both have a bit of a case. And he wasn't being a smartass, it was more like using the same wording technique you did in a legitimate fashion.

The reason why they are hesitant on coding a change to make law NPCs attack people in groups in which they are at war with is that it will kill any secrecy a group member may have in being part of that group.

This is law NPC on law NPC action in the case I mentioned, like a legionaire attacking Balacha. If you're walking around with a law NPC obviously you're not trying hard to be secretive.

People shouldn't be able to run around with law NPCs. Everyone and their mother uses law NPCs, its really a bad direction for the mud.

Wow, this law NPC fighting law NPC stuff sounds really dumb. In fact the person who came up with the idea needs to be dragged behind a shed and <adhesive medical strip>
