I've interacted with both characters. One hated me, the other, probably just tolerated me. I had hoped you'd stick with both of them around for a little while longer before jumping off. Both had a lot of good RP potential and would've been fun to be with. Even when I knew Elura hated my guts, I loved hanging out with her. And Raia was the type of person who would spice up any party. :)

Cheers :drunk:

Syn does make a point through all this ranting, though.

Having no safe zones is fun and all but yeah, being able to group up and just go gank single players for wandering into a city is something that always bugged me.

Syn herself will probably come up and say I never go into cities. This is for the most part true. I avoid cities because I do not like to be on my toes all the time when attempting to RP, nor do I like to have my RP session interrupted by the random darkie group who found out I traveled in exile through IC, but sometimes also OOC methods (such as newb player 1 sending an IM to darkie player 2: 'omg lina is here come keel')

What can be done about this? This actually beats me. I just play the game the way I found I am most comfortable with. I do my RP sessions somewhere I know I will most likely not be interrupted, and I find, or am found by PK when I have the time and am in the mood for it. To do this, I avoid cities. Sucks at times, but c'est la vie.

The problem is just a lack of pbase. If there were more players we'd probably have a shot at more balanced "teams" going on all the time. Unfortunately people tend to join cabals and tribunals because of the players leading them, so what happens more often than not these days is you have a couple of groups run by well-known players and a couple run by "nobodies."

The well-known players of course attract/invite other players who are good and experienced while the nobodies get newbs who either get spam-killed sticking it out, or delete and change teams.

None of that being D's fault. However I'd like to see the pbase statistics right after the recall change/CRS. At least from my observation that's when it felt like the pbase #s plummeted. Could be wrong though.

Erevan, your char never leaves a safe-zone. At least Syn got out there and interacted and PKed and RPed. There's a nice middle ground between the two of you. Syndal shouldn't incite people so much, and you should grow a pair.

You were good at PK. You're probably the only character that really scared me when you were around, a well-played sorceror is something a warlock must fear. Being a harlequin made that even worse.

It's too bad that you rage deleted though. I can see how it could easily happen with everyone trying to kill you though. My advice would be to try and not make everyone go after you, and you might make it easier for yourself. You seem to make it a habit of angering more than half the mud's characters and then deleting after you can't handle getting PKed because of it, and that's a recipe for disaster, as you can see.
