Inzaarid became such an incredibly solid character. When I first met him, he was rough around the edges and of course we all go through a phase where we die way too much. But He turned into a really good char and was one of the most memorable to me. I spent plenty of time interacting with him as Umiro. We'd been though good times and bad times, but no matter what happened, Inzaarid would never let anything keep him from growing stronger and furthing his own goals. This one definately goes in my top 10 favorites. Good job man.

It's starting to sound like maybe I missed alot from Inzaarid. But you have to admit there were huge stretches of inactivity from Inzaarid. Possibly during his sporatic log in's he became more palatable or improved. That's not somthing particular to Inzaarid either it's true of all long term chars though, Frollith and others, but possibly he might have seasoned long after I stopped having anything to do with him. I don't know.

Yeah, I think it's impossible to play a character for like 4 years without massive gaps of inactivity. Frollith, Delear, and Inzaarid all had them..

How long you been playing SK, Syndal? I always think of you as a new player for some reason but you really aren't. I been around since about 2001, possibly before but for sure '01.

If you had three jobs, 21 hours of school, a working internship and a working scholarship, you'd be missing, too. I also got tired of people murdering me for OOC reasons. The funny thing is no one knew who my alts were. Gilgon loved my alts, and it made me laugh out loud. I don't know anyone who plays the game well enough to hate them, I just think it's cheesy to arrange advantages and hook ups, or be a part of it. And I have a different mentality for gaming.

When I walk into Uxmal, and its an Uxmaln winter, damn it, my character is going to complain. Most people run around with no heed to rain or snow--enviroment and reaction to it creates character. Tangible fears. Inzaarid feared being locked away because he spent one third of his life isolated in darkness...and it, in many ways, drove him mad. History. The character wore his hair in dreadlocks for years because a woman he found endearing told him it looked good. He also reacted to the outcome of world events. I truly don't understand the small percentage of h8trz who bag on Inzy.

You might not have gotten to known my character well enough, Orac. Sometimes we see in a glimpse what we dislike, and prepare ourselves against someone--I loved my delfenary. He was no summer daisy, and never did I twink. Not once. Honest and true, and also true to character.

I spam died.

Hell yeah. Someone's always out to get you when your a known criminal in at least half the realm and you don't hide. But you know what? I refuse to hide in the dark recesses of the mud. PK me. You won't win. No matter how many times you PK me, my gear can be reobtained. If someone's trying to PK me into deletion, as many said they would, I laugh at them. My resolve to enjoy the game is much greater than any player's resolve to win it.

I hope others with strong resolve to have fun outweigh those who have turned into rabid, and often arrogant, PK mechanizations. Have arrogance, instead, about how much your character means to the game.

those words sum up why you are epic to me. thanks for everything you've given to my characters.

Remember when Inzy and Thorkh sat in the Chancel for a couple hours mastering shield wall? Good timez.
