Stuff like that is what made Bork be Bork as a character. He was a deceptive [REDACTED]. That, right there, is what quite a few of us like to call RP.

Aside: And Kirsenvar, I don't really want to. Suffice to say that when you sent me the four-line-long tell that I laughed over in favoUrite quotes (lol, Alshain) before logging off I essentially lost any significant respect I had for you.

I respectfully disagree. I would suggest this Eusd: Try to take things more seriously when you log in.
For example:
1. Don't PK unless you're really willing to accept losing, especially if you're learning.
2. Don't go afk: For the love of all that is good and holy don't go afk.
3. Pay attention. If something doesn't work well the first time, then change what you're doing. Just keep a clear mind, whether you're RPing, PKing, or just trying to level.

I'm not saying this to insult you, I'm saying this because from my interaction with you as both Eusd (I presume your first character) and Bork, your most recent incarnation, I really got the feeling that you weren't doing these things. You often went afk, you didn't seem to think things through before you did them, and if something didn't work one way, you didn't look as if you wanted to try it another way. It's very painful to interact with someone on an IC level when it seems like they're only at the keyboard half the time.

There's no real way to "win" SK, despite the playstyle of many. It can, however, be extremely enjoyable if you keep the right mindset.

What are you some kind of handicap? You can take a giant anything from expert to master or even in GM in a very short period of time. He wasn't lingering around at expert the whole time getting abused.

I'm not saying I like what happened to Eusd, the exact same thing happened to Vordeshamel, I'm just saying he wasn't the lowbie you make him out to be. Giants level like crazy, especially giant barbs.

I didn't realize that everyone had your uber skill in the sk arena. Let me change my statement to....OH YES! HE WAS READY! HE WAS READY FOR PK! HE WAS AN EXPERT! THATS RIGHT!

As for me being handicap. Yes, my only handicap is keeping myself from erm...using more colorful words. But I fear Marfik's wrath.

I would also like to mention that although giants may 'level crazy fast', Bork was not one of those types. I remember I had to help him find a place to level at apprentice because he didn't know any places for that type of aura. He also levelled extremely slowly because he was dying -all- the time.

If people took the time to rp with him, I don't think he would have died so much. I for one, took the time for the rp and he respected my character for it. Now, if you're incapable of such acts of kindness for someone who really just isn't at your level of 'uber elite skill', Orac, then you really need to take a step back and knock yourself down a peg. I mean hell, Peso's pretty hated and pks mid-level peoples, but he will rp with them, sometimes -refrain- from killing them, and he'll even help the noobs if they need it.

I mean, if you're getting compared worse to peso in the rp/pk department, maybe you're the re--->handicap.
