This is a funny list actually, even funnier because of what the 2 people involved feel towards one another:

Ilkaisha and Thran.

Gaal impacted Ensley hugely. Chemhound as Ashton had some hand in teaching me to be more dangerous. Later on Destrivai and Sarukayn taught me how to stay alive when I played Dern.

Going to butcher this spelling, so I'll just call her Mai for short and see if anyone knows who I'm talking about.

Anyhow, she was my first real interaction. She helped me quite a bit in mentoring and otherwise considering the differences in our classes, despite her being limited in what she could offer me.

Everyone helped in shaping my knowledge of SK, and the complexities that were my characters. For Fepel specifically there is Trag, Lolth, Orac, Sinerian, and Nick. You all were awesome and survived my n00bish. Back on Halerion there was just about everyone who actually took my newbness out anywhere because left to my own devices I would just brew and RP about how Mira was t3h awesome. Which goes without saying that Mike and the rest of the Mirians at the time were invaluable in my learning of the SK pantheon and everything.

Also Syral and Jardek who both taught me how to QQ from PKs. <3

Coya and his centaur Ibudon taught me a LOT about the game both mechanic and RP wise. He was very patient in showing me around and has always been a role model for my char.

Dark Avenger has taught me a lot about game mechanics (more like, you idiot you are a swashbuckler with leather armor, you are dead)

I learned the rest from the help files.

If there are two people I see as my mentors in SK, that would be:

1. Hicanchi, who had opened the wings of my very first character with his fistor bard. He showed me how adventuring CAN be (while I was a complete n00b) and what good RP is.

2. Tragonis, for giving me self-confidence regarding my PK skills. I have loved all the fights and duels we have had together in various occasions. (Note that most often we were enemies than on the same side).

I have also been given much advice from other players as well, some of them have been EZE, Chemhound and others, especially when I was still a n00b.

Thanks you guys. :)

Man, Demon_SK showed me the basic ropes, and gave me a trial by fire, PKing my first character shortly after creation.

After that I was just kind of tossed in the deep-end and picked it up mostly on my own. It involved lots of dying, lots of watching what other people did in certain situations. JerinX was probably the biggest help, once I made Valthanos, he showed me a few tricks, taught me a few lessons I missed out on, but mostly just getting to PK with him was experience enough. The guy knows his [REDACTED], that's for sure.

Kalum, Sarukayn taught me loads about hoarding, Eisenvahl gets honorary mention in that department as well I spose. Vylesse taught me how to avoid being voodoo'ed (keep protection up at all times, and have a sanc wand ready for when the first one hits, thereby survive a couple of triple voodoo's, and people will give up) spose Destrivai taught me how to be more relentless in PK.

Also I'd like to believe that a bit of the awesomeness that is Tragonis rubbed off on me in that department.

And not to forget, Wynd Xye and Sarai (guesstimates) are perhaps the only reason I stayed with the game.

My like first whole year and a half of playing, my first three characters were all lighties, two of which had roughly 1000 hours each, they all sucked horribly(Syndal/Ravaelana/Selisia). My fourth character(Synerie) I made a darkie, and ran into Ardith(Destrivai???Can't remember if he was still playing Destrivai, or Nephias) and I think like one of the first things he said was to restart my character because my stats sucked so bad, lol. I still suck, but Ardith has probably helped me the most over the past 4~ years.

Peso and Min have helped me lots too!

<3 Ardith, Min, and Peso! Yay!

Delear, Dimmel, Seram, Krok, Umiro, Enviir, Destravi, Soren.

And twenty other names I can't recall except when I'm actually playing my character.
