Rogues are hit and run, they are not meant to front line, you front line, you die. Yet you dorks want them to be able to ambush with heavy damage and stand toe to toe with melee classes. They don't need or deserve enhanced parry or any fighting techniques, frankly the idea of a rogue being able to parry the larger weapons like Claymores, Zweihanders, Warhammers, Spears/Polearms with a lil dagger is kind of illogical, mainly because doing so will take your arm off.

If rogues actually needed anything, it would be a resistance to trip/bash (stunning effects) to allow them to escape. But that's all.

There's actually a bunch of rogues in the game. In a playerbase of 20-30, 6 is a lot. Hellion, yes, is always popular and all-time high numbered.

Saying that we have a playerbase of 20-30 is extremely misleading. We have an average online count of 20-40. Our playerbase, which is the number of players that play consistantly, is still several hundred people.

D, I am wondering. Is that hundreds based off of number of active chars, or can you weed out the chars that are actually alts?

There's no way to know with absolute certainty which characters are alts. I only counted characters that were active and then divided by 4 under the assumption that everyone has several alts. The number is still several hundred players.

Off topic. I stand corrected, I didn't mean 'playerbase', but average online. 20-40 it is. I love this game, but I post in frustration sometimes.

Occassionally I find the game unable to function properly due to certain player characters in charge not being online. Not only that, they would hang onto leadership and not let go. I was definitely guilty of this one seven years ago, so you can save a post, Goldlantern.

I am seriously, seriously, seriously looking forward to the lieutenant system Achernar suggested, the dual-tribunal/cabal system players suggested (or just combine it, please), and finally the Cohort system. Any of those will hopefully help the game along.

Not just guilty of it, Minette. It was really, really, really bad. I hated you. You were the worst of any inactive leaders ever in SKs.
