I also agree with the removal of alignments, sure it helps on giving you a guideline in how to rp, but it seems as of late that the most players are using DA as a the sole purpose of killing some one. It sees like if your not of the light, with little or no interaction they hate you, or vice versa, I would like to see the alignment not be involved, make it so that you have to RP to find out who is bad or who is good, not just with a simple cast and *bam* I hate you.

As for you drinking problem Osterich....well acceptance is the key to solving problems......WTF am I saying Im a sailor.....I probably drink more than you do......Cheers mate from the USN.

i don't know about completely removing alignments, but i would not be adverse to people not being able to tell what alignment you are just by casting a spell.

This just hit me..but...there is a really huge double standard here. Not so long in the distant past, Ardith was getting bitched at for his paladin presumably not using said spells, and travelling around with characters of dubious repute. (ahem ahem, this was just what he said in defense of himself, if I recall correctly) Now, people are getting bitched at for USING said spell. Make up your minds, will you?

No, he got bitched at because he assumed that if he didn't know them. They must of been evil. He just killed and didn't rp and he absolutely sucks rping a lightie. That is what he got bitched at about. Not that he didn't use any of those spells, just that he was playing an aberrant while pretending to be a lightie.

I'm fairly sure that wasn't the argument in regards to his current character.
