On topic, I agree that MC should keep their leadership skill if they loose their relic. They should lose their CABAL powers, not their TRIBUNAL ones.

Compare the leadership skill with skills retained by other cabals, and you'll understand why they lose it. If I were another cabal I'd cry foul if Midnight got to keep such a useful skill when the skill I got to keep was of passive nature and only provided a slight bonus. Compare this to having a nearly free pet to wander into enemy territory with me, including into my enemies headquarters.

They still need to enforce law locally, and I'd say that the fist basic skill is by -far- the most useful default skill. Way more than leadership.

Could turn the MC into what I tried t oturn the adepts into, and make it so that they aren't bound with trifle imperial matters, but are 'black ops'

I am against it simply because of game balance. Especially considering all the new tribunal NPCs the Empire have received lately.

I am very much for splitting the MC into two factions, especially since the tribunal part have received quite a buff... The internal RP in the Empire would be much more interesting, aswell.

Despite the fact that I don't like you Grakus, I don't like making the MC anymore powerful then they are. As Trag said, it is a game balance issue, not a personal vendetta against you.

I really like Achernar's option the best. If you split it into two entities, then there won't be any power issue. I will also join Goldlantern with the rubberband firing squad if the word Elite pops up anymore.
