Idea : When war is declared against your tribunal the leaders may request a single person banished from their nation via contacting an Imm on the forums. Also every real life week the war continues, these banishments would need to be backed up with IC notes and such about the persons involvement. It makes little sense to have known cabal/tribunal members of those you are at war with free to roam about because they havent gotten enough crimes (as a back row helper) or have turned themselves in before a leader can banish them. How ever I would rather not see old school death mark return. I see this as a middle ground with not to much work for Imms (and they can always say no if there is not enough evidence for them to be sure with out much effort).

I don't like this idea at all.

If a character is smart enough to dodge banishments, he should not be banished.

If someone declares war against you, it's quite clear that he should not be welcomed there anymore - one banishment sounds fine.

It should probably be limited to trib vs. trib wars.

Awful idea. Reminds of deathmark and reduces PC interaction.

I miss deathmark. It was so fun to deathmark Eliro in front of guards repeatedly.

I think it would be better to not banish them but to have the law NPCs aggro against anyone who you are warring with. You don't have them hunted like a banishment, you just make the law NPCs aggro. That is what I think at least

NPCs shouldn't know who is in a tribunal and who isn't. There are characters that nobody knows they are part of said tribunal. Many would use this for OOC reasons, a very bad idea. I vote no.

I don't like it either. In the trib I'm in, I've commited crimes in two cities. City A I didn't care about and didn't even care when I was banished. City two, I choose jail and got rid of my crime list so I could avoid banishment. I don't wander around that city, but I do wander the country side when I need something. Banishing someone when they've taken pains not to be banished shouldn't be allowed imho.
