You mean trips? Because bashees get up slightly before you do, technically.

how long have you been playing this game and how many mercs and you got this wrong?

when you bash you have a 3 round lag. At that point if you start spamming bash you will recieve the message "your target is already on the ground" meaning that they are still bashed while obviously you are not since you can spam the command to get the message in the first place.

Case closed.

Cannibal is correct. The best method I've found is to put either kick, dirt, disarm, or blitz in that time. You get extra damage/disarm, they're lagged for that time and you can follow it with a bash. Yes, there are times that this timing can fail. However, I'm fairly confident that this is an effective tactic.

If it isn't, the basher lag could be reduced to allow it to be. Or the blitz lag. Then we can see spam bash/blitz logs, which would be marginally more interesting?

Peace,

In my opinion, this is why trip exists.

You sacrifice some time and freedom for a higher success rate with bash.

And the ability to trip anything without feet on the ground, which is most PCs, most of the time...

Well, if you're fighting warriors, they're most likely on the ground, for dirt kick.

no dirt kick in fly never made sense to me. Couldn't you bob down and give the ground a quick whack with your toe?

Yes, because while being able to fly OVER cities, you're somehow still flying close to the ground.

flying over cities as opposed to flying into a tiny hut. If you're so far away from the ground, how can a halfling with a dagger backstab you from said ground?
