I'm not going to do this because, besides it being a lot of extra work for no real return, its more data that has to be saved in a character file and I try to keep those to a reasonable size.

That is why I at least suggested that when a scout first picks up a new herb they haven't yet, it reports the benefits/drawbacks of the herb.

There's no way to know what herb a character has or hasn't picked up without adding more data to the character file.

If I said that to my boss I don't think he would be very happy... Don't see problems Dulrik, see solutions! Thats the fun when coding.. :)
