Someone mentioned a darkie-only race akin to griffons, I think. Why not harpies? A couple things changed around and it might be feasible. For the BADASS lightie-only class what about

The obvious answer is to give darkies the inverse of a griffon.

The top half of a lion and the bottom half of an eagle.

Call it the Noffirg.

It can't fly, but it pretty much owns you in battle.

Maybe it stands upright?

We could make it simple and have Griffons be either Pure Good or Pure Evil.

Evil griffons are griffons that have finally snapped after years of oppression and discrimination.

Agile, tough, and resourceful.
Innate dirt kick; should get affinity with a ranged weapon, like a sling, shortbow or something, for being notoriously cowardly adversaries. Evil.
Maybe innate steal, or innate peek, too?
