The problem is that people buy tons of crap in Zhenshi because Zhenshi has items with a high demand.

This would be offset if people where earning money in zhensh lands. The problem is not that the items are in such high demand but that not a lot of coin is taken else where. If someone sells a whole bunch of stuff then spends that coin at the shop down the road nothing changes. If people get cash from leveling and take it else where then things will change.

I'd like a clear cut answer on how tribunal bank accounts affect the economy.

I've heard reliable sources say that the money in the tribunal account has a lot to do with the economy, and I've heard equally realiable sources say that has nothing to do with it.

The only time tribunal accounts affect the economy is if you use the tribunal spend command. Otherwise, completely separate things.

If they sell more coin worth of things then yes.

which would be a good idea, 'cause high priced areas pay more.
