emote or atleast socials need to have &* style directions such as alias' have.

The point made on the newbie forums by D is that as soon as he gives a command that lets an unrestricted string go from one player to another with out going via language code someone will start abusing it to talk to people they shouldnt. smile with a grin, saying "Hello there I cant understand uxmaln."

Hence the idea of a augmented social to give you a little more meaning to your socials but removing the free string idea from it and leaving it with emotes. Which I also hope will get the ability to target people in the future. Temote stares blankly at %blue-eye.
