Code:
(Grey Aura) A centaur cityguard of Nerina wanders around keeping the order.

[100%] [ 95%] [ 98%] [zero]
c frenzy cent
You start to concentrate.

[100%] [ 95%] [ 98%] [zero]

You utter the words, 'ycandusikl'.
Your god doesn't seem to like a centaur cityguard.

May I ask what the reasoning behind this is? If you can cast sanctuary/heal/armor/bless/every other spell on any other aura, why can't you frenzy, too?

Hammer priest engages a deep-elf sorc.

C 'frenzy' delf

That delf then loses a huge chunk of his concentration, has no way to disable the effect, and no chance to resist it.

In other words, it is better the way it is now.

It was more of a question, than a suggestion.

help files wrote:
[Spells help] frenzy

Syntax: cast 'frenzy' <target>

Frenzy makes the subject a veritable fighting machine by raising his
chances to hit and do more damage, but it does have some unfortunate side
affects. Higher reasoning is effected resulting in loss of concentration
and lowering of cerebral skills. The target also takes less heed of his
own well being which penalizes his ability to dodge and causes increased
damage from attack spells. Frenzy is usually only cast on your allies
but shamans may also find it useful against certain enemies.

Seems the helpfiles suggest the possible tactic of hindering foes as being a legitimate use of the spell.

The helpfile says that shamans can use it on their enemeies. Since the error wording is "your GOD doesn't like xxx" perhaps that restriction does not exist for shamans?

My shaman has cast it on light aura, grey aura, and dark aura as a grey aura shaman. There isn't a restriction. This would be another drawback that exists because of religion, like spirit aura. Suck it up, Salandarin.

Aside from the suck it up comment, I agree with the objectivist fellow. The spell should stay as it is.
