Malediction, single target, affected by art.

Any target hit by this spell will be unable to speak and things requiring the ability to speak are restricted until cured.

Said cabal spell works entirely different from what I've suggested.

It has EXACTLY the same effect on spellcasting, and a slightly different one on speech. It is effectivly the same exact spell.

People who are hit by said cabal spell can still talk and send tells. This has a completely different effect.

Tell doesn't require the ability to speak. That one more requires the ability to SEE. If silence goes in, of course, a respectave curative spell would be needed - I'd also like to see a massive cure spell that works on EVERY ailment, of course, for 4x the cost of a normal curative spell. An esuna, if you will.

Actually no, they can't really still talk, no. And the effect DOES affect tells and even cabal chat.

I'd give it to hellions, shamans, and necros. That'd be nice:

Priest: Holy..
necro: Silence! No word for you!
Priest: :(
