This is true. Galvans spears of faith weren't all that great but Harm was always good.

To further prove to those that disbelieve, SoF is worthless once you get harm. On my path to GM, I used SoF. I continued to use it, after I got harm. (Just to test it out.) Leveling became slow VERY quickly.

Harm fixed that really quick :P

That just seems wrong to me. A spell that is restricted as to who you can use it against should do more than one that can be used against anyone.

And I'm not saying that you're wrong, just saying that it doesn't make sense.

Gray aura SoF are actually less limited in use than the light or dark aura equivalent. This is why they do less damage, because a light or dark aura can only target their opposite aura, instead of two other auras.
