 Post subject: Flee bug?

I don't know if it is a bug so I am putting it here. I was fighting Naarn and everytime I tried to flee it told me this message: You need to pass a spart test first. HUH?

What is your character's intelligence.

If it is low, I would assume that your character needs a certain amount of intelligence to know when to flee, or when it is outmatched. I am purely guessing here, but that makes sense to me.

I actually believe wisdom is the stat that effects fleeing. I could be wrong though.

How many times does your char actually try to flee when you type flee... I seam to remember killing my scout once becuase he was near a mountain and failed his climb check 5 or 6 times all with a singe flee?

I had the same thing happen to me. I think that flee makes the character move in every direction (n,s,e,w,nw,ne,sw,se)and there is a random roll to see if you make it out of one of those direction.
