You utter the words, 'uoculoihuyl'.
This is a vertabrae strung on twine, a medium ivory treasure, weighing
approximately 2 lbs. It is of above average quality and is worth
approximately 200 silver. It bears an enchantment to slightly increase
fortitude. It bears an enchantment to moderately increase magical
protection. It bears an enchantment to slightly increase fortitude.

Hmmm, shouldn't the enchants have stacked for fortitude?

The reason it looks like that, is a relic from the old resist systems. Back then there was resistance vs charm, petrification, death magic, spell resistance, magic resistance, and magical protection... I think. Now this is just an example, but say that item had resistance to charm and death before, and both of those turned into fortitude, then it will show as two seperate enchantments, because they didn't stack them when they changed the system.
