No, a few people decided that's what they envisioned when it comes to Tari, but I don't and never have seen her like that. Like, the physique of that char doesn't even match Tari's desc, nor does hair colour. The only possible corollary is the dedication to duty, and the "genderlessness" of the characters.

Andraste from Dragon Age is a direct steal of the Celtic goddess, Andraste. She is a British goddess whose name means invincible.
