While strictly speaking true, I think it would be more accurate to say "You are dancing while fighting with a furry brown cave bat." After all, dancing with someone does not necessarily imply you're trying to kill them.

Err... Bug Discussion isn't for discussing non-location specific code bugs? There should really be a sticky with what is and isn't appropriate for Bug Discussion. |

While some people are a bit quick to judge what is and isn't appropriate for this forum, this isn't such a bad place for this. It may not not technically be a bug. But to describe it fully would probably tax the idea and/or bug command a bit, given that you only get a single line to do it in. *shrugs* I'm not going to yell that it got posted here. And if the imms aren't, then perhaps some players shouldn't be quite so quick to judge. Forum Board wrote: Bug Discussion
Although there is a BUG command in the game that takes precedence over this forum, sometimes asking here can explain non-bugs, or reveal a fault that the BUG command cannot clearly show. I think this says it quite well, though. Rereading this, I think even moreso that this is a fine place to have posted this thread. |

Why is a bat dancing in the first place? Shouldn't it be flying? Or was that the social and you guys are just being silly dancing with cave bats?

I probably should have provided more context. • I was fighting with a bat. • I was dancing (as it makes you harder to hit in combat) • I typed "score" • On the line where it normally says "you are standing" or "you are fighting with X", it told me "you are dancing with a bat" |

So maybe dancing should get it's own line in score? EX: You are dancing. You are fighting a small furry bat. |

Or maybe "fighting" should just take higher priority than "dancing" in the status line. While "You are fighting a bat. You are dancing." Makes sense, "You are standing. You are dancing." does not. |
