The game seems to think four of your items were duped and so they were removed. Might be a bug.

This is a good time to remind everyone though that regardless of whether or not equipment is lost through a bug, there are no reimbursements.

Do you know the item? Some items dont save on exit and some are, rarely, level 51 or higher if i remember right.

I am actually certain that the game believes that those particular items were duped, because it left me a log message about it.
