I was outside the entrance to the druid grounds. I believe that the room just inside the iron grounds had the warped space spell cast in it. Was that the problem. I was outside otherwise.

As for fleeing, Dex handles your chance of succeeding or not, (the chance of you fleeing, or failing and getting "you are blocked from escape!" As for the message you got.. Your on your own buddy. I'm clueless.

As far as I know, you should only flee once. However, if you flee due to wimpy and the NPC you were fighting tracks, you can be in a LOT of trouble because it keeps forcing you to flee and interrupting whatever you try and do.

In Yorik's case, you were probably bashed and typed flee, noticed that you were still fighting and typed flee some more. When the lag wears off, you flee for every one of those.

Side note: I wish flee would be disabled when you're not in combat.

That wasn't the problem. I was flying and the person in question couldn't bash, due to class, nor trip for that matter because I was flying. I was just outside of the Iron Gates. The Harelquin in question had the room in the gates with their warped space spell. None of the other rooms were changed. I have the highest intelligence that a half-elf bard can get, (with help from items) and it kept telling me that I must pass a smart test first. What is up with that?
