Post subject:  Forum Style Tweaks

All forum styles now have NOWRAP set for CODE segments. Please do not abuse this when posting logs or help text samples (the text should contain hard-returns before you submit it - otherwise the forum thread will scroll excessively to the right).

The benefit is that logs, MUD-client scripts and other code that is posted will be in the exact format the poster intends to present, rather than arbitrarily wrapped according to the browser's screen resolution. If you prefer your text to wrap, use QUOTE instead.

All voting links in the top right include link-text as the URL as well as the button-graphic (if shown). Some advertisement blockers were deciding that voting for SK is a spam issue and hiding the icon - *gasp!* Feel free to turn off ad-blocking for the www.shatteredkingdoms.org domain, since we don't run any advertising here. I've also added the URL for voting to our Message Of The Day (the MOTD command, if you can't logoff just now) along with HELP VOTE. Zerr Vill Be No Excusse - You Vill Vote Now!! :D

The skLight style, designed to produce a lighter equivalent theme to the skAdvanced one, has been removed due to lack of interest. The most recent 'test' version was faulty for a few items in the CSS and as such it couldn't be left the way it was. If anyone is willing to resubmit an skLight.css I'll happily re-instate the style for feedback and further testing.

I had begun to really like that to. A few tweaks, and it was perfect.
