Baalu was born the black sheep of the Yazze people. He always marched to his own beat, pursuing a different path than the other children. He was never interested in philosophy and discussions and classroom learning and things of that nature. He was curious. He was always intrigued by the land around him and was eager to learn more of it.

He earned his nickname Snap Twig growing up because he began to prowl on his own. A hunter of the Yazze trying to learn for the most part on his own time, sneaking through the woods. However, in his early learnings, he was so loud. When he would prowl, you would hear nothing but snapping twigs.

Upon leaving his people, he became a patriot of Ayamao, eager to serve to protect the land that he loved from birth. He sought out the Regent of the Ayamaoan Alliance, Nico, and enlisted only a year after he set out on his own. From there, he took many scalps, and had his taken a few times in his war effort. Though now, after over a decade of nothing but war, he has grown tired of fighting. Tired of scalping. He has returned home indefinitely to watch over his aging parents.

A special thanks to Baba, Nico, Lynard, Lothoriel, and the rest of the GoA. Paddah, Owen, Veret, Gliknok, Turon/Edoras, Hagrel, Iychai, Eabn, Vorytia, and last but not least, Feyih. I am sure I'm leaving a lot of people out because I enjoyed interacting with pretty much everyone on this character. He was my favorite one to date. I always had a lot of allies, and more often than not (at least til lately) more enemies. I am rerolling a new character, but I have grown bored with this one to say the least. Time to make something to stir up some conflict.

With that said, let the flames begin.

Baalu was the only reason that Menkh even liked Ayamao. What a fantastic character this was - I was continually impressed by the RP and the PK, and even the aftertaste of decent OOC courtesy shown to enemies (and no, I was not one, I just witnessed...)

Syrina only interacted with Baalu and didn't like his actions. That was ICly however. Oocly this character, in my opinion, had a lot of depth to him. The collection of skins, barbaric nature of him. The spitting etc. All of it was well put together in an orchestra of an uncivilized character that made an absolute wonderful scout. I think he was a scout wasn't he? Or am I incorrect?

In any case he was a good character from what I saw. Look forward to your next. A shame he was so short lived.

Great character, I only regret not having the chance to get some revenge with Qovoq, but guess this will just have to count!
