Well I wanted to come back, had some fun for a bit. Made this character to just explore the game, and so I could do it solo for the most part. But I guess being a necro I deserved to get ganked numerous times for being a necro. Though I don't remember any RP for it. So I guess I'll QQ it up. Cause I'm pissed about being backstabed by a GM while I was an armless legless apprentice (no rp followed). Walking through a rift and getting ganked for walking through a rift (no rp followed). Getting killed while just coming back to life naked (with RP after I confronted the person).

Peace

Hope SK gets better. Be back in a bit I'm sure. :drunk:

A necro should never have to complain about getting manhandled like that. GM and rape face and stop with the QQ.

Yeah, I remember you kept being all dying and stuff and asking me for help killing things, and I would think to myself "Does this guy not realize that he's a necro?"

I had a similar outcome with my last necromancer. I rolled a halfling necromancer from Menegroth. I managed to get it all the way up to Master status. In the process of all the grueling training and NPC grinding, I would get ganked for absolutely NO reason whatsoever. What did I do? I finally found a place where I could get cheap, simple, cloth armor off NPCs in a location that was necromancer friendly. That was how I replaced my equipment time and time again. For a long time all I did was sit in Chy'zzrm (or however you spell it) and scribe scroll after scroll after scroll. Back then, it was pretty good leveling and no one ever found me where I shacked up. I finally got to the point you did when I was ganked in the Menegroth inn while sleeping, with no RP following, unarmed, naked, by a Druid. Now, yes the Druids are the nemesis of necromancers and all so I didn't verbally assault him afterward. Honestly though, I feel your pain. However, it takes a special type of person to play a necromancer. It takes creativity, ingenuity, determination and so on. It can be a frustrating time, a lot of the time. If you look at the type of necromancers that really kicked some rump though, you can tell it takes a lot of hard work, it can easily pay off.

Anyone remember Nashira's halfling necromancer? Dimmel or something along those lines. I was with her at one point when she/he took out the entire Hammer's HQ with just him/her and the undead. I was totally unneeded, so I just sat back and watched in awe. She/he came out pretty unscathed as well. Those are the type of people that should play necromancers. You have to try and inspire a great deal of fear in people, NEVER be without undead, and truly challenge people to try and take you out. Push people to their mental limits. It can be really fun.

Were you the necromancer that made it into the Talon for a day? That was fun.

No, unfortunately not. I heard about that, though. That was frickin' hilarious!

Thats too bad. Oskal was one of the first characters I met. Was hoping to RP it up with you. Best I can say is that you were a scary necro not to be toyed with.
