I've just become way too obsessed with this game and need to step back a little. Zecha was a huge success in many respects. She's the first character I ever reached GM with. First character I ever did any kind of PK with, and the first character who really lived for me. Thanks go out to all kinds of people. Aecyn first and foremost... Estobar, Gliknok, Huuj, Shirotaka, Syrina, Nico, Paddah (I know I've forgotten people. I'm sorry.) I love you guys and love this game and I'll be back and I'll actually get good at PK someday but I'm going to spend the next couple of weeks in the real world and get some things sorted out. I won't be trolling the forums in my absence but I'll be back under the same forum ID when I'm back in the game.

It probably doesn't seem like it from there, but it was time for Zecha to go. Her character concept was based on neutrality... on the good guy as a nice guy... it was interesting but it was disintegrating and I think I'll do something else next time. Learned a lot about myself with Zecha. Thanks again, everybody.

Zecha was a real treat to see on the who list.

I love Ailee.... There are lots I like that I didn't mention because I never spent as much time with them. I knew almost everybody, it seems like, except for a few of team darkie. Whoever I make next, I hope I can be just as involved with as many people. It's fun knowing most of the who list and I like that people were always asking me things, like they thought I'd actually know anything... I knew it was time to go when I was actually thinking of joining the Hammer. I need a new character and I need a break from the mud but next time around I'm taking sides.

Meh, I didn't really know the char much. So I can't say anything negative. But becoming obsessed with the game is indeed bad, but you can always take a break without deleting. Bring another one back in a few weeks.

I agree. Taking a break without deleting is more mature. She needed to be deleted because of some OOC crap I did concerning her... as well as my inability to stay IC anymore. Zecha would never in a million years have considered joining the Hammer...without Aecyn in it, anyway. Playing her was becoming yucky. Time to move on... but here I am checking my afterlife thread like the narcissistic idiot I am. I'll be back in when I feel like I can be a grown up about it again.
