Skolin was deleted via auto-deletion in the past couple months, but he was a GM halfing necro, maxed natural INT, CHA, HP with dumped STR and DEX, 4 off of CON and 5 of off WIS. He had 9 art trains as well as most of his spells mastered.

Chakos is the biggest character that I had of these three, so I'll devote this part of the afterlife thread to him. Many many secrets die with Chakos, none of which are really approriate to tell here. Being inducted into the Crucible was interesting, but I never really felt needed in the group: Possibly because of my dropping of hours not long after I joined. I wish them the best of luck in their endeavours without me.
I feel as if I need to apologize to the playerbase for not following through with the intended RP/conflict I had planned for Chakos from the very beginning: Even though I'd played him for 300 hours, his character concept was still very much in its infant stages; I had actually planned to turn psychopathic killer per his diabolic nature, spreading the "gifts" of Mira to everyone he saw, because as he told everyone that he met, "the gifts of the Lady are free to all." As it stands, since he's deleted he really turned out being more grey-aura than anything else, with the occasional child elf murders performed in secret. During the time in which Faerti was wearing the anti-magic collar I actually tried to have her killed without implicating myself, but wasn't able to see it through. If I had planned on continuing the character I would have attempted to garner a leadership position in the faith and started preaching a starkly different doctrine than what had preceded me.
I was able to do a lot of things with Chakos that with other characters I'd been prevented from doing: Exploring a lot of the more difficult areas in the game for myself, for example. Thanks to all of the players that I interacted with on Chakos, including (but not limited to) Orius (my main explorer!), Juniepur, Tristala, Aldric, Faerti, (For being a solid faith leader, if not the thorn in my IC side) Zellidon, Methias, and many more. You know who you are, but I'm bad with names.

I'm leaving for a couple good reasons: Lack of desire, and lack of time. The lack of desire derives from the fact that it's very difficult for me to see past the barriers between IC and OOC anymore: For my characters, I get disgusted if I play anything besides a lighty or an aberrant darky, because I prefer to have some redeeming qualities in the characters that I play. The problem with playing lighties, however, is that I typically end up holding myself to a higher standard than most lighties, which just causes a schism in my mind between the IC and the OOC, because some lighties -will- gank a paladin for his gear if he thinks that no one is looking. On the other hand, playing an aberrant darky sucks because the Hammer skillset is OP, and all it takes is some throwaway character who got inducted into the Hammer and GM'ed in 35 hours to stomp on your colon with requested armor from Exile's palace and then give you a full loot, a middle finger, and hide in his keep. For me, it's a lose lose situation. Then there's hoarders, of course, which make me want to stab someone in the face.
The real reason that I've quit, though, is that even though I enjoy playing SK, it just requires too much of my time to make the fun worth it: I'm not talking about leveling, by the way, I just mean that the core matters of the game (Enchanting, exploring, RPing, so many things) require a lot of time in order to really take flight, time which I don't need to be spending playing an online RPG. Things are even worse if you actively PvP (which means that every death incurs another 5-10 hours of dead time spent enchanting). While I still understand that Dulrik is the only person who code things for this game, and therefore it's going to always take time to have changes, I still tried to propose some ideas to reduce the dead time spent in the game. Sadly, I was laughed out of the forums by a lot of people, most of which only read half of my proposals (My favorite is Ain arguing with me over our "conflicting" ideas for changing sentencing: Anti-magic/skill collar versus "Judgement"). At least storebought vials don't evaporate anymore though. When it comes to time, though, the biggest problem that such a thing poses for me is that I can't stand to play a game half-way: I prefer to give it everything I have and try to be the best, or I'd rather not play at all. As such, playing SK either consumes my life or leaves me disappointed in the end result of my effort. Ultimately, I've now realized that I was never meant to play a game that can't be won, and SK is one of those games.
I'll probably drop in to forum troll from time to time, but I'm out of SK for now. I'm off to greener pastures, I'll probably just start playing DotA again; it's much more my style.
