A rather unremarkable example of her race, this woman seems bereft of
many noteworthy features. Her black hair is tied into a tight bun, with
only a few stray wisps falling across her ashen face. Her purple eyes are
the only true color one can find in her visage, aside from her dull, pinkish
lips. Gray skin binds her lithe form, which she carries with a stiff
posture, and slow, deliberate movements. Flat in both color and in the
curves of her body, this woman seems to lack any pretense of feminimity in

I'll note that my stats, with mods, were all maxed aside from wisdom.
I designed Ralirza as a faithful soldier with a series of conflicting emotions that she would be forced to hide from her superiors. For a time, this worked, but when I found myself sitting in inns with a full suit of adamantite, no orders to follow, and no enemies to pursue, the purpose of the character diminished. I'm not really content to sit around throwing quips about how foolish men are, and she wasn't designed to wax philosophical at length (although I had a pretty extensive setup for her emotions, and revealed them when appropriate).
My experience with the Harlequin was pretty exemplary of why I lost interest. Many will say - if I was bored without conflict, why didn't I create some? I was tempted, but the nature of the character was to be a fervent follower. When I joined the cabal, it seemed to me that too many of the active members were not interested in dynamic conflict, but in fountain RP. I love good fountain RP, but I wouldn't deem most of what was being exchanged as all that dynamic. Love triangles and never-ending innuendo over cabal chat left me feeling like the whole experience was a soap opera.
I left, and managed to have a little fun for a while. Once I was knighted, however, I lacked any real direction or goal, and went inactive.
Her title, as an aside, was a little complicated. She was a semi-closeted lesbian, so the wilted part referred in portion her loss of innocence, but also to what is left after cowardice (recreance) has shriveled, being a servant of fear. Finally, as she wasn't exactly beautiful (drab female deep-elf, after all), it summed up her physical appearance.
