Should have happened a long time ago there is absolutely no reason for Keepers as long as Hammer is around.

Sorry Smache for just kinda leaving like that and don't worry, you'll still be seeing me around in some form.

Also, there is still a leader flagged person in the Keepers so they're not completely high and dry... Though, I have no argument against making Taslamar similar to the Empire. The Hammer take commands from the Queen. I find it strange the Hammer can't act her in name legally within Taslamar's boarders. However the current word is that this will never happen... What a shame.

Edit: Eh, yeah. Anyway, the Queen was the one who promoted Balak and I.
