This character was interesting. I always had fairly positive interactions with her, anyway. For the most part she was a very well-played, good character - but there was definitely a lot of flip-flopping and drama in her style, especially toward the end of her life. I tend to stay away from drama (at least IC) and that sort of thing.

Good luck with your next!

I think Asraya was good as a character. I did not much like her because lately the whole darkie-that-isn't-really-darkie concept has been overused, again and again. When I found Alicat played asraya, my 'oh snaps not again' feeling only became greater. (which proves the point that not knowing who plays who makes the game better in this angle)
It became greater because she has tried this concept many times in the past, mostly with hellions, and while it was fun for a good part the first time, it got old and tiring in time.

Well. Overall, she was a character with an impact, and one that was about for a long time. People may have considered her a tool, others may have thought her worthless or inept but, more than a few things had to go through her to work, and she, as a player, had the endurance to take care of them.

I may not like alicat's playstyle, but I respect the time she put in this character, and the effort she made into roleplaying her and making the game fun for others, regardless of whether she succeeded or not.

For once, Allikat made a relatively decent character. No big freak outs.

Rosa had many good interactions with her, despite the awkward drama involved with the ousting from the Druids. From what I saw, well-played - ICly we had many disagreements, but OOCly I think you held to her role well.

Haha, yeah, how funny was it when he tried to recruit people based solely on their aura "Oh yeah, I think that would really balance things out!"

Genius!

Edit: Sorry, he, not she.

:( C'mon now Duckie. That's being a bit more lowbrow and gradeschool with the sniping than necessary. There was no visible editing done. You just added that to emphasis the personal slight. If you have a beef with the char, by all means, you've a right to say so but leave the lifestyle bashing out plz. ;)

I remember when she helped some northerners attack morea, using a certain druid damage spell.

That was mindblowing rp right there.

Its not unthinkable for an evil char to bend the oaths she has taken and use the powers given to her to her own advantage. Were she a lightie or hardcore to the druid beliefs, I'd see your point. From where I stand, Asraya was always confused as to what she should be doing and always chose her path according to the circumstances, and trying to be friendly with the side she feared the most.

How about the moment you would invoke the power of nature to the benifit of those who walk the path of undeath, Nashira would pike your head.

Unfortunately imm's can't be omnicient, hence why one should take precautions with their rp.

Through the time I play here, once in a while I meet a character I don't know what to think about. There were at least two hellion women trying to be good, helpful to another, I met with my characters, and frankly I always have found it pretty disturbing.

(I'll leave the problem of a druid hellion out of this thread)

I had this problem with Asraya, who, while being one of the druids, would walk into the Exile once, to murder peacekeepers with a squad from the north, and who, being darkhearted would fail to see why an elf might have something against her joining the guardians.

But!

Asraya had been always a pleasure to RP with, even if we would argue over same things again, she was played by a player always ready to put lots of her time and effort into the game. And for this, thank you very much!

(my advice, if anyone would listen to it... play a lightie next time, especially if you dont wish to play a clean alignment, it is easier to play a drama of a faulty lightie than goodwilled darkie)
