The recall change was a big shock. I might be remembering wrong, but wasn't it at first you couldn't recall at all? Then Dulrik compromised and you could recall but it would cost so much exp that it was almost impossible to cope with? Then finally Dulrik broke down and invented the portal stones and you could recall but you were out of town in a place were combat was more viable or somthing?

The entire situation was very strange and very out of character for what I had come to expect from Dulrik.

That sprite was pure awesome.

There is a mighty megalomaniac lurking inside Dulrik, waiting to come out. If the playerbase rises to that kind of level again (which I doubt), I fully expect him to do something similar. He'll be all, "lol now death is permanent" or "you die after only one attack" or something.

Actually, that second one is a bit unlikely.

I had wiped all traces of that name from my memory. I didn't even notice it was on those who lists. But I love how I only levelled 8 times between the two who lists. Must of been a year apart

God that list is old he hasnt been on the mud in at least 6 years if not more, more like 10 years ago. I still talk to him and he's been thinkin about gettin back on
