 Post subject: AoN should not work at range

Aura of Negation should be changed to an active skill, usable while prone, that functions the way that blitzkrieg does now: AoN should only remove buffs from the people hitting the MR barb, not the people the MR barb is hitting; That or at least the MR barb should only be able to dispel people that are in the front row when he's also in the front row of his own formation. The fact that an MR barb can dispel someone by hitting them with his pike from the second row makes no sense at all from a game logic perspective, because the barbarian surrounds -himself- with his aura of negation, not his 10-25 foot pike. It also makes no sense from a gameplay balance perspective, because MR barbarians should not be the best class in the game to dispel people from range: They should be required to get in the front row and risk something if they want to dispel people.

Buff Aura of negation to permanently reduce the victim's stats. Nerf necromancers more.

Aura of negation seems to have a few drawbacks however, such as devouring maledictions that are on the target they are fighting.

Seriously though. AoN needs some kind of wimping. I'd be much more comfortable with it being a skill similar to bash, where they would give whoever they're targetting a big hug to remove their affects and possibly fall over and spoon a little on the ground (prone), or a chance for the victim to be a complete d-bag and refuse the hug where the barbarian would then fall over and burst into tears (prone).

Oh, Make it absorb spells being casted in the area. (Regardless of target). XD
