Members of a Tribunal who is at war with another Tribunal should spawn the auto bounty NPCs when they go into the inn, regardless of whether they are actually wanted or not. They are at war. And given the ridiculous disparity between guards and detecting/not detecting who "attack invaders" from city to city, this seems to be a needed change. For the fountain RPers! |

This doesn't seem like a bad idea, but I thought you were against bounty NPCs, in general. If the game is not moving away from the bounty NPC model, then I'd say it's a great suggestion. |
