Sanctuary cannot actually land on you if you are in combat, so why does eating a sanc herb heal mr chars engaged in battle? |

It does land on you. It just doesn't stick because you're in combat. It's the same reason it costs the casters mana and time when they cast it, even in combat. It's a spell. |
